These terms apply to every order placed on this website, sold under the DOCKAURA brand.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. DOCKAURA is an independent brand. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment. PS5 and PlayStation are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe compatibility.

Use of the product

Use the station only with compatible consoles (PS5 and PS5 Slim), following the instructions supplied. Do not block your console's air vents. Damage caused by misuse, modification or use with an incompatible console is not covered by our satisfaction guarantee. This does not limit your legal rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and product liability rules.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

See our Shipping policy. We are responsible for your parcel until it is delivered to you.

Right of withdrawal and returns

See our Refund policy. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item.

Guarantees

If you live in the European Union, you benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, at no extra cost.

Daily full-refund draw

Until the release of GTA VI (November 19, 2026), one eligible order is drawn every day and fully refunded. This offer is not associated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. See the official rules.
