It works very well with my PS5, it comes with supports for the PS5 Slim and Pro since I'm thinking of buying the PS5 Pro and this is perfect for me, the controllers charge very well and the lights are great, 10/10.
Received in good condition, but the provided screws are too long.
This is great, my child loved it for his PlayStation 5.
Good product, unfortunately the box was damaged.
Everything is working as it should.
Good product at a good price
as seen in the photo
Impeccable
Super
The fan is a bit loud, but overall it's not bad
Not very powerfull fun
Hello, a bit disappointed, the box is damaged and it's meant to be a gift. I am requesting a refund.
The quality of the material is average, it fits well with the PS5 Slim, the area for placing the game cartridges does not fit the cartridges properly, the area for placing the controllers is very complicated to use, and I don't think the ventilation helps much.
Charging does not work
The packiging was absolutley bomboclaut but it came all packeged
They are not willing to credit me I sold my Sony and they insist that I pick up the shipment. I will not pick up the shipment; it can stay at the distribution point until they compensate me. A disgraceful and arrogant attitude of customer service
Does not fit ps5 pro. unable to screw in place. terrible.
Got questions?
Which consoles does it fit?
It is made for the PS5 and the PS5 Slim. We do not guarantee the fit for the PS5 Pro.
Do I need to assemble it?
A few parts clip or screw on. Screws are included.
Does it have a fan?
Yes, there is a fan in the base. It is a support fan, not a replacement for your console's own cooling.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free and tracked to every country we ship to. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Is this an official PlayStation product?
No. DOCKAURA is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment. PS5 is a trademark of its owner. DOCKAURA is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive; GTA VI is mentioned only to date our offer.
What are the warranty and shipping protection options?
Both are optional and unchecked by default. The 30-day warranty covers a replacement if your station is faulty within 30 days of delivery. Shipping protection covers a resend if your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Can I return it?
Yes. See our refund policy for the full conditions.
